One of the best ways for us to succeed in our mission is to build awareness of the problems and have people come together in support of a solution. TKF works primarily to stop the problems before they start in youth violence prevention. You can come to a free 60 minute behind the scenes tour here at our office (7490 Opportunity Rd. suite 202, San Diego, CA 92111). You will not be asked for any financial contribution, we just want you to spread the word and give us feedback. For more information or to RSVP email suzanne@tkf.org.
Seeds of Hope Tours occur from:
- 11:30am-12:30pm every 2nd Thursday of the month at our TKF office
- 5:30-7pm every 4th Wednesday of the month at Centara Capital for a Wine & Cheese Mix & Mingle (view main page for flier)
Volunteer
We would love for you to volunteer! We usually do not have ongoing volunteer work but if you are interested email Niki at niki@tkf.org and we will add you to our volunteer list. As a volunteer we will email you when we need volunteers, then you can reply and let us know if you would like to help. You will also be invited to some special events for close TKF family & Seeds of Hope Society members.
Become a Table Captain for TKF's Fundraiser Lunch
We only have One Fundraiser a year (the next one will be November 6th, 2008), which is an AMAZING 60 minute fundraising lunch with inspiring speakers! It is a free event. There is no minimum or maximum donation. Table Captains are an honored position that makes this event a success! The only requirement is that you need to be passionate for TKF and our work. If even for a second this sounds like something you would be interested in email Suzanne to get more information or ask anything at suzanne@tkf.org.
Seeds of Hope Society Members
TKF's Seeds of Hope Society Members are our primary funding making it possible to provide all the programs we have for our youth. To learn more about Seeds of Hope Society members click here or email katie@tkf.org.

Gandhi Nonviolence Annual Awards
The Gandhi Awards are designed to honor San Diego County individuals and
organizations that help make San Diego a more peaceful and harmonious
community. Learn more/View our past Winners. The last Gandhi Nonviolence Awards was in November 2007. Begining Febuary of 2009 TKF will be holding an all new awards ceremony.
